Very strong installation by LA-Based artist, Lynn Aldrich. Rose windows are found in church and meant to spread the natural light into the church, and sun rays touch your soul, as well as it is supposed to help elevate the spirit. In the main room rose windows is the main topic. One made with folded wood lays down on the floor when another large is hung in the ceiling. That wonderful large rose window made of layers and layers of tulle cut gives a sense of strength because of the size, and fragility because of the transparency of the tulle. Extremely nice piece.
