Artist’s Statement:

After doing architecture, design and philosophy I took the plunge into photography. With the sort of enthusiasm that drives you to move forward, or better still, inwards. Hoping to discover within, rather than outside myself, what I am trying to show. I choose to take pictures not prepared. I try to get the expression through the economy of resources. Focusing on the details that strike me as essential. Suggesting clearly, presenting without describing.

Timeless photographs by Argentino photographer Guillermo de Angelis. The artist excels at shooting water, just a simple shoot, with no artifact, not even panoramic views and this is a perfection.

Each photograph is a piece of poetry, even those that are not part of the Haiku series.  The photographer offers to us what we need the most, a deep long breath to make a break. It is full of the meditation time we should take and we never have the time to take. Thank you Guillermo! BCh
