The poetry of Blue McRight
An extremely delicate art work presented by Venice-based artist Blue McRight is to be seen at the wonderful building/gallery on la Cienega.

McRight makes us travel into her personal “Alice in wonderland’s” garden. Those found objects the artist uses witness the passing time with delicacy but no exaggeration. It’s like the artist didn’t chose the items but they chose her and guided her through her making. That blue piece shown above is exquisite; gracefully floating in the air with a vibrant blue color that leads us to Klein and to another piece of art history.

Blue McRight paints also remarkably. Those little oil on small size of paper, like notebooks, show mostly that woman with a red dress in crazy improbable situations. Of course with such a surrounding and because of the notebook aspect we are inclined to think that that woman could be the artist in one of her dream.

If you want to travel a bit, embark at Samuel Freeman. BCh
